I'm still having trouble trying to get an xml file back to Ford to update my SYNC system in the car. I am now talking to Ford customer relations tech team to resolve the issue.
After entering my vehicle number on the website to see what updates are available for me, I see that a SYNC and Maps update is available to download, but there is also a red triangle with an exclamation mark next to the update -Boxing. I asked the Ford engineering team what that means. They said it was a design symbol! I don't believe them, I think it's an error symbol.
The question is whether anyone has encountered this icon while downloading updates.
